·         Managed North America Technical Support department setting standards in ticketing system, SLA’s, incident management and communications

·         Managed centralized infrastructure team responsible for all global datacenters, network connectivity, server hardware, operating systems, disaster recovery, environmental conditioning and power consumption

·         Managed remote support personnel for hands-on administration of major datacenters and business units for 1st and 2nd tier support

·         Managed personnel administration: hiring, terminations, performance evaluations, time-keeping approvals, merit increases, and bonus recommendations

·         Standardized global OS, patching, antivirus and system monitoring methods

·         Setup Netapp appliances to handle storage for our VMWare ESXi environment

·         Replaced our VMWare ESXi server infrastructure with Cisco UCS blades

·         Moved our Disaster Recovery infrastructure from a self-hosted DR site to Acronis DR site

·         Implemented, maintained Polycom video conferencing systems in several conference rooms globally

·         Implemented, maintained Skype for Business infrastructure including enterprise voice telephone numbers

·         Technical SME for Active Directory and Exchange 2010 infrastructure
